complaint, etc. Please note that providing incomplete details will render your claim invalid and unusable for legal purposes.

We respect the intellectual property of others. We also respect a manufacturer’s right to enter into exclusive distribution or resale agreements for its products. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT and are listed on the site. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price offered at that time. Refund vouchers can be redeemed on our website as full or part payment of products within the given timeline. Refund vouchers cannot be used from a different account. Vouchers are not replaceable if expired. Refund Voucher code can be applied only once. The residual amount of the Refund Voucher after applying it once, if any, will not be refunded and cannot be used for the next purchases even if the value of the order is smaller than the remaining voucher value.

Each issued Promotional voucher (App voucher and new customer voucher) will be valid for use by a customer only once. Multiple usages changing the identity is illegal. Both promotional voucher and cart rule discounts may not be added at the same time. A promotional voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only. The promotional voucher may not be useful during a sale or in conjunction with any special promotion. The voucher will work only if the minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.
Inpaceshop reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any voucher at any time without notice.
Inpaceshop shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any Voucher or any failure or inability of a customer to use a voucher for any reason. Vouchers are not replaceable if they expire.

Customers who have already been listed in Inpaceshop for fraudulent activities will not be eligible to avail of any voucher and will not be eligible to participate in any campaign. A customer shall not operate more than one account in a single device.

Only Inpaceshop holds the right to put any products on promotional offers anything. If any unauthorized personnel is found committing the above act, legal action may be taken against him/her.

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the site, and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law.

Reselling Inpaceshop’s products for business purposes is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized personnel is found committing the above act, legal action may be taken against him/her.

All products displayed on our websites are intellectual properties of the said brands, and we do not hold any representation to specifics such as (quality, value, and saleability) of the said products. We do not give any warranties on behalf of the brands; all the warranties provided on the website are provided solely on behalf of the said brand. So, Terms and Conditions for warranty of the said brand shall apply on the redemption of stated warranty.

Stock availability: The orders are subject to the availability of stock.

Delivery Timeline: The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by Inpaceshop. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event, which includes, but is not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.

Cancellation: Inpaceshop retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

Refund Timeline: If an order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take a longer time in exceptional cases. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
