What is Inpaceshop Returns Policy?

We have an easy return policy for most of our products. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on our website within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return. For more information, view the complete list of non-returnable items.

Valid reasons to return an item:

  •     Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective – dead on arrival).
  •     Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website / incomplete – missing parts).

How long is the refund process?

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (6 working days), it has undergone quality control (2 working days).

      Delivery and Delivery Time

  • Does Inpaceshop deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes, inpaceshop delivers outside Dhaka. Inpaceshop delivers across Bangladesh, but delivery outside Dhaka shall mean the nearest courier service center, from where the customer shall be responsible for collecting their product(s).

  • What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?

Delivery will be delayed only due to any natural calamity or pandemic. However, we will work on your order and will give our 100% effort to deliver the products to you as soon as possible. As in this situation, the transport system becomes unstable. Also, the government sometimes imposed a lockdown to control the situation.

Here are some more example scenarios for those your delivery might get delayed –

  •     Lockdowns
  •     Bad Weather
  •     No, go zones /Remote Location
  •     Law & Order situations/ Road Blocks
  •     Accidents or Other Unwanted Situations

In these situations, Understanding & Support from our customers will be needed.

Please do note that shipping time or delivery time may also increase due to delays from third-party carriers. In that case, InpaceShop doesn’t hold any responsibility for the delay.

What do I do if my order does not reach the promised lead time?

If your order did not reach you in the promised lead time or order status has not been updated, below reasons can be the main source of delay –

  •     Floods / Earthquakes/ Weather conditions
  •     Public holidays / Protest / Strikes
  •     Pandemic / Lockdown

But in the following circumstances, Inpaceshop will not be liable for any delays:

  •     Incomplete / Wrong address
  •     Customer unavailable to receive items

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

After placing an order, the shipping address can’t be changed. However, you may cancel the placed order and re-order with your correct/new address.

Note: You can also set a new address and set that as your default address for your next orders. After you save your correct shipping address, it will appear in your address book as the default shipping address also on the checkout page.

What are the 'Delivery Timelines'?

Delivery timelines are the number of days for your product to be delivered at your desired location. These timelines are based on business days. Friday, Saturday, and government holidays are not counted as business days.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Our delivery time is 3-5 business days; however, it may increase due to governmental holidays and other natural causes.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please visit the Track Your Order and put the order ID and your registered email address.

How do I pay in Inpaceshop?

As per your chosen payment method, you will pay on inpaceshop as below:

  •     Cash On Delivery – By selecting this payment method, you can pay for the order at your doorstep.
  •     Credit/Debit Card -Enter your card details and input your CVV number. (CVV is the 3 or 4-digit number that is given on your card). Click on the “Save Card” button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS or email. Input the OTP and click “Next” to save your card. Saving your card on inpaceshop will save you the hassle of entering your card details every time you shop on inpaceshop.
  •     bKash-To pay with bKash, please go to the payment page, and you will find the “Save bKash Account” option. Please click “Save bKash Account” and then click on “Pay Now.”Then you will be redirected to the bKash payment page, where you will be asked for your bKash number. Please enter the bKash number and click on “Proceed.”Then you will be asked for OTP, which will be shared from bKash through an SMS. Please enter the OTP and then proceed. After that, enter your PIN and proceed. Now, the payment will be made as well as the bKash number will be saved against your Inpaceshop account. Please note – One bKash account can be used for one account. One bKash account can’t be used by multiple accounts.
  •     Rocket-To pays with Rocket, please go to the payment page, and you will find the ‘Rocket’ option. Please click on “Rocket” then click on “Pay Now.”Then you will be redirected to the Rocket payment page (DBBL Nexus Gateway Page), where you will be asked for your Rocket Number and Pin. Click on the “Submit” button afterward. You will be redirected to the “MOB Token (OTP Verification)” page where you need to put the “Security Code” you’ve found in your registered mobile number through text message and click on the “Go” button. The payment will be made, and you will get confirmation through Email, Text Message, and Push Notification.
