Refund and Returns Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a Return Request on the website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 Conditions For Return:

  1. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. 

Valid Reasons for returns:

  1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g., unable to switch on).
  2. The delivered product is incomplete (i.e., has missing items and/or accessories).
  3. The delivered product is not as advertised (i.e., does not match the product description or picture).
  4. The delivered product is incorrect.


  • Change of mind is not applicable.
  •  It is essential to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.


If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we(inpaceshop) reserves the right to send it back to you.

Issuance of Refunds:

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (6 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

The refund amount doesn’t include shipping and payment gateway charges. The refund time may also increase, and in that case, InpaceShop is not responsible for the delays. The working days don’t include Friday, Saturday and other holidays. In case of a product purchased during discount, only the discounted price shall be refunded, not the product’s actual price. InpaceShop holds the right to cancel any refund request if the product doesn’t match our refund criteria.

 Refund Criteria:

  • The product must not be damaged or misplaced, or changed
  • Any returned camera, camera lens, computer accessories, headphones, or other accessories that are damaged through customer misuse or any different ways, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the state of the product. 
  • No water-damaged products shall be refunded.
  • Digital goods are any goods that are stored, delivered, and used in their electronic format. All items in this category are non-returnable once purchased and delivered.
